Shipping policy

UK delivery

Standard delivery is £2.99, and free on orders of £30 or more. Parcels usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days.

Express delivery is £4.49 and usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days.

We aim to dispatch every order within one working day. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

Northern Ireland

We deliver to Northern Ireland at the same prices and timescales as the rest of the UK. Your parcel may travel with a different carrier to a mainland order, so your tracking will come from whoever is carrying it.

Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey

We deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. Standard delivery is £2.99, and free on orders of £30 or more, usually arriving within 3 to 5 working days. Express delivery is £5.99.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If it has not shown up, check your spam folder before getting in touch.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking has stalled and nothing has turned up, email sales@originaquatic.com within 14 days of dispatch. Send a photo of anything damaged, including the outer box, and we will sort a replacement or a refund.
