Who we are

This site is run by Origin Aquatic Nutrition Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13247255. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If something you ordered is out of stock or priced wrongly, we will contact you and either refund you or agree what to do next.

We may refuse or cancel an order where stock has run out, where there is an obvious pricing error, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue VAT invoices. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order.

Delivery

Delivery prices and timescales are set out in our shipping policy. Timescales are estimates and start from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.

Returns

Our return and refund policy explains how to cancel an order, return food and get a refund, and sits alongside your rights under UK consumer law.

Using our products

Our foods are complete or complementary feeds for ornamental fish. They are not for human consumption and not for animals raised for food. Feed as directed on the pouch and store the food as the label describes. Because we cannot control water quality, stocking or how the food is fed and stored once it reaches you, we cannot accept responsibility for results in your aquarium.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

The text, photographs, artwork and logos on this site belong to Origin Aquatic Nutrition Ltd and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission. Feeding guidance on this site is general advice, not veterinary advice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
